Job Title: Marketing Associate

Location: NY, New York/Hybrid(3 days from Office)

Responsibilities:

• Work with events team as needed on conferences, sponsorships, and corporate events
• Maintain and update corporate websites – intranet and external
• Work with the Global Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Run headshot photoshoots including scheduling, set up, shoot, library maintenance, and retouching
• Obtain edits and approvals from business heads, legal, and compliance on all marketing materials
• Manage and execute differentiated marketing campaigns and journeys that help raise brand awareness and client engagement
• Coordinate marketing projects and work with graphic designer to maintain and update marketing collateral, including:
• Ensure content is consistent with messaging and brand
• Draft and publish social media campaigns across all channels
• E.g., pitchbooks, one-pagers, tent cards, business cards, newsletters, animations, demos, event invitations and save the dates)
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all firm investment capabilities, financial markets, and general investment topics
• Collaborate with business heads to be aware of upcoming awards, product launches, etc.

Administrative responsibilities include:

• Process expense report via Oracle IExpense
• Manage active calendar, including scheduling meetings and events for the Global Digital Marketing Manager
• Coordinate travel plans and itineraries

Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize, plan and follow through on projects, attention to detail
• Experience with Hootsuite or social media management platforms preferredAdobe InDesign/Photoshop
• Must be able to move quickly and juggle multiple priorities
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects for multiple brands at once
• Microsoft Office – specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Digital marketing experience (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience a plus)
• Experienced with social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Microsoft PowerPoint/Word/Excel
• Superior written communication skills
• 5 – 10 years marketing experience at financial institution or similar field

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 - $85,000. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis considering a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
