Job Summary


The Stripe Specialist manages all aspects of our Stripe payment platform and its associated tools and features. This position reports directly to the COO.


This is a full-time position and fully remote.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Help clients set up and configure their Stripe accounts, including defining payment methods and pricing structures.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Stripe platform and foster a strong vendor relationship with Stripe.
  • Adhere to strict compliance procedures and maintain confidentiality related to the position.
  • Assist customers and internal stakeholders with inquiries and problem resolution related to Stripe payments. Provide guidance on best practices and recommend solutions to optimize payment workflows.
  • Monitor and manage platform and connected accounts, ensuring smooth and secure transaction processing. Troubleshoot and resolve any platform or connected account issues promptly.
  • Generate and analyze reports on payment transactions, revenue, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business growth and optimize payment processes.

Qualifications


Minimum Requirements


  • Embodies curiosity and has a proactive approach to learning. Takes it upon themselves to figure things out if they don’t know.
  • Knowledge of payment industry standards, regulations, and security practices.
  • Familiarity with Stripe’s payment platform and related tools a plus.
  • Two or more years of experience managing digital payment processors.
