About The Team


DoorDash is looking for top-talent to help build our DashPass subscription business in our International markets. DashPass and International are DoorDash's fastest growing and highest priority areas, meaning you'll influence DoorDash at large. Together we are building the world’s most valuable subscription product to attract and retain DoorDash’s most loyal customers.


About The Role


The Strategy & Operations Manager, International DashPass role is for truth seekers who enjoy solving complex problems, work across the organization, and execute to bring strategies to life.


You will report to the Director of International DashPass within our Strategy & Operations organization working with our teams across Australia, New Zealand, and Core DashPass. You will collaborate across Consumer, Merchant, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams. We expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote.

  • Build - You are excited to work on something that hasn't been done before. Your job will include building products and launching plans from the ground up.
  • Operate - Determine how to get from A to B and then implement that plan.
  • Experiment - Use data to run tests on everything from affordability programs to pricing.
  • Strategize - Develop DoorDash's path to excellence in on-demand delivery, identify trends that emerge and know when to double down and when to try something new.
  • Analyze - Assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions and iterate given insights.
  • Collaborate - Work cross-functionally to build, launch and scale new opportunities.

  • You excel both as a generalist and specialist who can build the overarching strategy and dive deep into specific issues and processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • You are biased towards action and are passionate about evolving business.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth or other related areas.
  • You bring structure, organization, and focus to your work and cross functional teams including product, tech, marketing, finance, and legal.
  • You have analytics experience across SQL, financial models and performance tracking.
  • You have a BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields.

Compensation


The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.


Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

In addition to base salary, the compensation package for this role also includes opportunities for equity grants.


California Pay Range:


$129,000—$206,000 USD


Colorado Pay Range:


$129,000—$185,000 USD


New Jersey Pay Range:


$129,000—$175,000 USD


New York Pay Range:


$129,000—$206,000 USD


Washington Pay Range:


$129,000—$195,500 USD
