The University of Kentucky’s Office for Student Success is seeking multiple licensed mental health clinicians—including LCSWs, LPCCs, LMFTs, and Ph.D. credentialed psychologists—to provide student-centered individual therapy services to support academic success and overall student well-being. Therapists should have extensive experience in providing culturally responsive services to individuals from historically marginalized backgrounds, including individuals from BILPOC (Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and people of color) communities. Additionally, therapists should be motivated and available to provide approximately 10 hours of clinical support per week. Work may be performed through a range of modalities including in-person, virtual, or hybrid models. Therapists will report to the director of Student Success’s mental health triage unit (TRACS) and cases will be assigned by that director. Initial employment will last up to 6 months.
