Type: Salaried staff attorney; minimum 40 hours per week.

Description: INEOS seeks an energetic and driven individual for an entry level staff attorney position. This position will report to the Senior Corporate Counsel, and ultimately the General Counsel, and will provide an excellent opportunity for a graduating law student or new attorney to witness and participate in the day-to-day demands of the Legal Department in a major petrochemical company. Activities will include reviewing, revising, and drafting various transactional documents for purchase and sale of goods and services, leasing of equipment, and exchange of confidential information.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Candidate must have excellent research and writing skills, must be a self-starter, capable of managing own time effectively, and must be qualified to sit for the Texas Bar Exam and ultimately, licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. Candidates who have not yet passed the Texas Bar Exam will be considered for employment; however, continued employment is contingent on being licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
