Job Title: Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury Focus)

Your Role:

As our Litigation Attorney, you will manage all facets of litigation and trial. Unlike other roles, you will frequently have the opportunity to take cases to a jury verdict. We will provide you with the resources, support, and environment to focus on detailed case preparation for settlements or trials. Your dedicated litigation paralegal and medical records clerks will assist you in every step of the journey.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively interact with clients, adjusters, and legal colleagues over the phone and in person.
  • Regularly take cases to a jury verdict.
  • Oversee all aspects of litigation and trial.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach in the management of your cases.



Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a litigation attorney, with a preference for those with personal injury-related experience.
  • Eagerness to try cases and enjoy your work.



Preferred Skills:

  • Prior trial experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
