BBG has an immediate opening for a Litigation Associate Attorney specializing in construction law, with at least 3 years of experience in resolution of construction disputes, management of construction claims, and/or contract review, drafting, and negotiation. Relevant work experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong interpersonal skills are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and writing for pleadings, briefs and memoranda;
• Participation in all aspects of litigation, arbitration, mediation, dispute resolution board actions, and other dispute resolution related to construction contracts and/or projects;
• Strategize with project teams before, during, and after the construction phase of projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be admitted to practice law in Colorado, California, or Oregon
• Working knowledge of relevant construction-industry topics
• 3-5 years of experience as a Construction Attorney
• Non-legal construction industry experience is strongly preferred
