Zinda Law Group is looking for a Associate Attorney (Remote) to join our growing team. The attorney will work alongside our litigation attorneys on diverse personal injury dockets.

Responsibilities:

• Research;
• Preparing motions for summary judgment.
• Deposition preparation;
• Drafting motions in limine;
• Briefing;
• Draft pleadings and discovery;
• Pre-trial assistance;
• Organize evidence;

Qualifications and Experience:

• Excellent work ethic with the drive to "get the job done";
• Exceptional research and writing skills;
• 1+ years of experience as a practicing attorney;
• Must work well with support staff and be very organized.
• Previous experience in plaintiff's personal injury a plus;
• Great attitude;
• A JD from an ABA-accredited law school is required, and candidate must be an active member in good standing of any U.S. state bar.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
