Why you should join our team as an Amazon Key Account Manager:


The Amazon Key Account Manager will specifically manage Amazon and other Amazon 3P Key Accounts. The primary responsibilities of this position are driving sales performance, market share, and brand representation and discoverability with key online retailers. This role is accountable for knowing Amazon's strategies, operations and shoppers deeply in order to create and execute effective strategies and plans and educate the internal organization. This role owns the relationship with Amazon and is responsible for the creation and execution of an annual joint business plan, negotiating all retailer and trade-related terms and contracts, data access and KPI-tracking, sharing and translating category insights into actionable plans, and addressing all retailer-specific requests and requirements.


This position is based in our Salt Lake City location and reports to the Sr. Director National Accounts of the Americas. After initial training, you will be eligible to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days from home per week.


This position has a competitive salary between $70,000 and $100,000 plus the opportunity to receive an additional monthly sales bonus and quarterly upside bonus. Areas Of Responsibilities Include


  • Travel as required up to 50%
  • Manage online content to maximize sales and enhance Wilson's presence
  • Achieve sales revenue targets within cost margin parameters
  • Provide a high level of customer service both externally and internally
  • Partner with product management and digital content teams to insure optimal products and placement for the online business segment
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly sales/production forecast management
  • Ensure proper brand and product representation online for best SEO
  • Close collaboration with our Production, Sales Support and Finance teams to maximize PO acceptance while minimizing penalties and chargebacks
  • Collaborate with the Director of Ecomm Partner Marketing to strategize on Amazon promotions, advertising, and other initiatives
  • Establish, maintain and cultivate rapport with product managers and buyers who make and influence buying decisions
  • Prepare and present program overviews, market trends, and relevant future plans
  • Work closely with Wilson Electronics' product development & senior sales leadership teams to define new market/product opportunities and gaps in existing programs
  • Identify, drive and maximize sales strategies and opportunities at Amazon
  • Partner sales support personnel to proactively manage all customer operational and electronic content system requirements (SKU maintenance, pricing, item data management, digital assets, etc.)
  • Maximize corporate staff resources to ensure on-time product and program launches


This job may be a great fit for you if you have the following:


  • Strong computer skills are required including familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, ERP, Windows-based programs such as Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Power BI and Outlook)
  • Experience navigating Amazon Vendor Central and 3P sales
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed for quarterly business reviews
  • Experience selling Amazon or other national retail accounts preferred
  • 5 years of consumer electronics or industry-related experience
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), time management, and organizational skills
