Job Description

This position is 100% remote and will start as a 1 year contract. Candidates must be located in CST or EST time zones.


  • 8-10 years of program management experience
  • Experience working with business operations teams in a matrix environment
  • Extensive experience working with executive level teams
  • Executing across an entire program for project timelines, escalation points, understanding when a project is not moving, getting around blockage, problem solving, escalation points
  • Experience working with enterprise/global level transformational change management projects
  • OCM experience (big plus)
  • Business operations and business process experience
  • PMO experience strongly preferred

Our client in downtown Chicago is beginning a large transformational change management project and looking to add Sr. Program managers to help lead this initiative. This is a very high profile project and will be on a global scale. Candidates should have experience working on large transformation projects in the past and any OCM experience is a plus. This work will mostly be focused on business operations and working within a new global PMO. The change plans are still being created and the project has not been launched yet, so these program managers will be joining from the project from the beginning.
