This position is fully remote with moderate (up to 20%) travel required.
The Opportunity
The MealConnect Program Manager will execute the growth and sustainability of Feeding America’s MealConnect tool. Focus on recruiting, onboarding, and servicing member Food Banks and their agency partners. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Network, and other internal Feeding America National Office teams. Support and contribute to the goals of the Digital Platform Technology Team.
Salary: $68,000 - $85,000+ Based on Experience
Responsibilities:
  • Supports MealConnect platform users through recruitment, training (including training material creation), program implementation and performance check-ins.
  • Collaborates with other IT departments to ensure the technology infrastructure needed to obtain, store, and manage client level data provided by members meets industry standards.
  • Resolves tier 2 tickets submitted by platform users through the ticket platform.
  • Educates the Feeding America network about the MealConnect platform service offering and serves as subject matter expert through webinars, presentations, and meetings with prospective food banks and/or state associations.
  • Tracks and manages analytics and user feedback to inform platform upgrades.
  • Drives the adoption and growth of the MealConnect platform within the Feeding America network.
  • Explores best practices in food rescue and marketplace tools and models to inform future opportunities.
  • Delivers stated initiative outcomes.
  • Conducts User Group meetings among MealConnect platform users in the network and monitors other network MealConnect technology user groups.
  • Collaborates with teammates to support a human-centered and agile approach to improvements to the technology and inform the design of new features.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Ability to guide and coach food bank users to accomplish specific objectives.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting the adoption, roll out, and training for a digital tool.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in responding to business needs; experience managing a service or product to make it the best it can be.
  • Extensive background in a project, product, or team management role with an end-user focus.
  • Experience facilitating co-creation with small groups and distilling results to inform the design of user-centered experience.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to distill complex business analysis and recommendations and communicate complex ideas clearly to a lay audience.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills; ability to work on complex problems requiring strong analytical, conceptual, and quantitative insights.
