This role can be based in Sunnyvale, San Francisco, New York, or Seattle.

We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to lead the future of the Jobs tab on LinkedIn (we call it “Jobs Home”). It is the front-door to all of LinkedIn’s job seeking products and the primary job recommendation surface. Tens of millions of job seekers use Jobs Home to find their next opportunity and advance their job search every week.

Responsibilities:
  • Clearly communicate product benefits to our members
  • Generate buy-in and excitement with key stakeholders and executives across LinkedIn
  • Contribute toward a team culture focused on high velocity decision making, deep care, and learning
  • Drive product strategy, planning, and detailed product requirements to solve these problems for tens of millions of job seekers
  • Partner with teams across the jobseeker experience to ensure Jobs Home is tailored to various types of job seekers, their goals and the stage of their job search
  • Optimize and improve core job recommendation surface - in partnership with AI teams across LinkedIn
  • Develop new and innovative job recommendation products to help job seekers find jobs they are interested in and qualified for
  • Build innovative solutions by collaborating with teams across the LinkedIn
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
  • BS/BA Degree in a technology-related field OR equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly curious and motivated by learning
  • Experience working on mass-market consumer products in a technology company
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions
  • Ability to collaborate, manage, and lead across highly cross-functional teams
  • Experience driving operational excellence by understanding and optimizing products based on business performance

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $141,000 to $230,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
