Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic and innovative Senior Marketing Manager for our Psychology products.
In this role you will develop and execute a comprehensive, strategic go-to-market plan, partner closely with our sales team to help build relationships with customers and deploy various marketing strategies that help drive growth in one of our premier disciplines, Psychology.
What you will be doing:

• Populate and run high impact customer events
• Conduct customer and internal-facing presentations on a regular basis in both live and virtual environments
• Create and leverage content to support campaigns
• Winning next to a highly talented and experienced team
• Develop internal and external sales and training resources to help the organization promote your products, answer customer/rep inquiries, and troubleshoot special problems
• Create direct marketing strategies like thought leadership campaigns, high quality marketing materials, and demand generation activities to drive leads and support other team goals
• Partner with stakeholders to write and develop portfolio positioning and messaging in alignment with corporate strategy, and ensure these are effectively communicated to target audiences
• Make data driven decisions by analyzing market trends and potential market opportunities via market research, planning, and customer engagements
• Partner closely with the sales organization to help drive adoption and retention of our products

We’re looking for someone with:

• Ability to use data to help make decisions
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
• Microsoft Excel skills
• Competitive drive
• Ability to travel approximately 20%
• Three or more years of client-facing Sales and/or Marketing experience, preferably in the field of education and/or technology
• English fluency (spoken and written)

The pay range for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.  Additionally, a full range of medical and/or other benefits may be provided, depending on the position offered.
