Job Description
About The Role


As a Senior Manager of Maintenance Renewals & Quoting, you will oversee day to day business operations, training and financial reporting processes for Sales. You'll be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all reporting and development and will lead process improvements and enhancements. Additionally, you will streamline daily processes to eliminate unnecessary steps and achieve automation and perform ongoing evaluation and improvement of procedures to ensure that the department functions at optimum efficiency and effectiveness.


What You'll Do


  • Works on special projects as assigned.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives within the department and documents on all policies and procedures.
  • Works effectively with IT in order to manage system changes and mitigate any risks presented.
  • Maintains and prioritizes projects involved with IT, training, policy and procedure, HR changes and associated tasks.
  • Professional, office environment.
  • Conducts business process analyses, identifies opportunities to apply technologies to business processes through continuous improvement.
  • Ensures implementation is completed without affecting business.
  • Meets attendance & punctuality standards
  • Manages the development of business solutions for the greatest efficiency.
  • Some travel required
  • Uses logic and analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches.
  • Provides supervision and direction on a daily basis for all reporting and analysis functions to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Coordinates and prioritizes the projects of the operations team


What We're Looking For


  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
  • Masters Degree/MBA preferred
  • Able to provide courteous, timely service when addressing customer questions and concerns.
  • Able to be diplomatic when handling calls/correspondence for Management.
  • Able to exhibit ability to be sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
  • Prefer two years prior experience at a management level
  • Able to express ideas clearly and convey necessary information.
  • Able to identify areas of risk/concern in area of responsibility.
  • Able to prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence.
  • Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
  • Able to supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
  • Able to set high short/long-term goals/standards of performance for self, subordinates, and others.
  • Able to assimilate research data from a variety of sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action to take.
  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
  • Bachelor Degree required
