Sr Finance Manager - Worldwide Amazon Stores Fp&A

Do you want to be at the center of Amazon's largest and most-disruptive business? Amazon's WW Stores Insights, Planning, Analysis, and Technology (IPAT) team would be the place for you! This role plays a key role in how we plan, analyze and deliver for our customers.
The WW Stores IPAT team is seeking an analytical, creative, and forward-looking leader to join the team as a Senior Finance Manager. This is a great opportunity to work closely with senior leaders in Amazon's largest business. Global Stores IPAT is faced with the challenge of building the new systems, processes and analytics to best support strategic decision making as the company continues to grow in complexity and size. We are improving the methods we use to forecast and analyze our operating expenses and changing the way we architect our analysis to track key investments being made across the business. This role will involve partnering with teams across the organization to drive automation projects, planning cycles, reporting, and analytics. This is a highly visible role that will involve significant interaction with Stores Finance leadership.
The successful candidate will have shown experience in past roles influencing senior leaders and supporting decision making in rapidly evolving environments. The candidate must have the aptitude to incorporate new approaches and methodologies, including statistical concepts, while dealing with big data. You should be able to work with customers to understand the requirements and implement financial solutions.
This role requires a self-starter with excellent business modeling skills, a keen attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a good track record of influencing decisions. This role also has regular interaction with various business units across Amazon and requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Duties may include:

• Leading the forecast process and month-end reporting for WW Stores Headcount and OpEx
• Collecting, analyzing, and reviewing quantitative data and making recommendations
• Coordinating and collaborating with many teams to optimize efforts across the Stores organization
• Developing and refining financial models that scale for the organization

• MBA, or CPA
• 5+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $122,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $227,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
