We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to three senior leaders in our Global Business Organization (GBO). Someone who dreams big, gets things done and knows how to have fun. Our GBO Admin community is made up of 70 visionary and inspiring Admin who help bring leverage to our senior leadership You will be responsible for skillfully interacting with management within and outside of the company, comfortably communicating with customers, vendors and visitors and flawlessly handling confidential and critical details. You will also be responsible for anticipating the needs of multiple managers and flexibly accommodating work schedules.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, organize and manage multiple calendars (resolve overlapping commitments and protect time for priorities)
  • Maintain email distribution lists / aliases
  • Document meeting minutes as well as manage action items
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and purchase requisitions in a timely manner
  • Coordinate all global travel arrangements
  • Manage logistics for special events such as team all-hands or off-sites
  • Collect and prepare information used for presentations and meetings
  • Manage special projects, as agreed with manager(s)
  • Work with cross-functional partners on reporting and reconciliation (I.e. budget tracking)


Qualifications


Basic Qualifications:


  • Experience with project and budget management
  • 3+ years of experience working at the senior level in an administrative or coordination role

  • Ability to professionally interact with senior leaders and anticipate their needs
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise good judgment, discretion and confidentiality in all tasks
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Efficiently handle time, prioritize tasks, and meeting deadlines, even in ambiguous situations

The pay range for this role is $73,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
