Operations Specialist Jobs

As the Regional Operations Specialist for Used Car Operations, you will be responsible for auditing ownership details for all incoming trade-ins and managing down our trade-in defect rate in your designated region. You will work with local Sales and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth ownership transfer process for our customers to move out of their current vehicles and into a Tesla. You will ensure quick cash conversion of the trade-in by monitoring trade-in execution error rates and issue trends, presenting the data trends and proposed solutions directly to local management, and conducting site-specific training on the trade-in process/document updates. To guarantee compliance and resolution, you will keep up to date on state-specific DMV regulations and adapt quickly to specific trade-in process changes as they arise. You will be the primary point of contact for Tesla Advisors, Delivery Specialists, and your local Sales and Delivery managers.
