Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist bid teams and sales teams with obtaining documents (certificates of insurance, vendor portal documentation, tax forms, etc.).
  • Update and maintain filing and tracking system for all assigned projects.
  • Monitor projects, start to finish, and communicate with the legal department, all levels of the sales teams, and customers to ensure all assigned project deadlines are met and completed.
  • Prepare and complete standard responses to often-encountered documents including obtaining signatures of authorized personnel and notarization.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate is extremely well organized and detail oriented and can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Applicants should possess the ability to collect, examine, and disseminate information with accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Office products and their Google suite equivalents.
  • Experience with K-12 education industry preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • 3-5 years of experience with legal documentation/contracts preferred.
