Position Overview

This role is responsible for using various websites to access the information to be reviewed. This person will be reviewing title searches for required documents. This person will be typing title commitments and/or title policies for client orders.

Essential Job Functions

• Typing title commitments or policies
• Access various computer systems for client websites
• Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager
• Review title searches and pertinent documents

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Strong communication skills - email and phone
• Ability to work overtime, if or as necessary, to support and fulfill client timelines
• Professional, ethical & results-oriented attitude
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving, deadline driven environment
• Intermediate understanding of standard title documents such as deeds, mortgages, judgments, and taxes
• Knowledge of online tax resources highly preferred
• High School Diploma/GED required or combination of education and experience
• Strong, accurate typing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Pride in work and accomplishments, highly motivated
• Knowledge and experience with applicable technology tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office.

Special Requirements

• The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($46,800 - $60,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
