Job Summary:


Reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Creative, the Specialist, Brand Creative is responsible for supporting the flow of all print and digital/web-based creative projects.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Traffics approved materials to original requesters or partners.
  • Schedules a wide range of meetings: project-specific or recurring creative meetings, with internal or external parties.
  • Maintains inventory of promotional items and printed materials on-hand; As needed, coordinates with vendors to produce and traffic promotional items and printed materials as needed.
  • Fields all new project requests submitted through the Brand Creative Request Form and reviews with Senior Director, Brand Creative.
  • Reviews and approves company presentations, or utilizes approved templates to create company presentations.
  • Staff and liaise with Academy members at Brand Creative photo and video activations at events.
  • Manages small-scale digital and print design projects, liaising between requester, Senior Director, Brand Creative, designers, and vendors.
  • Schedules proofreading services when appropriate.
  • Gathers, maintains and archives all creative assets pertinent to Brand Creative projects, including but not limited to photography, copy, fonts, artwork, print samples, etc.
  • Documents department spending by logging all approved, paid invoices.
  • Aid in any additional departmental/team projects as needed.
  • Generates project tickets for all project requests received through other avenues.
  • Works with media companies and event partners to obtain delivery specifications, deadlines, and extensions when necessary.


Position Requirements


Qualifications:


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office software, Google Cloud, and Airtable. Willingness to learn new database and project management software as needed.
  • Passion, integrity, and curiosity.
  • Professional work ethic and team player.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, and ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently in fast-paced work setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in film, design, marketing, communications, project management or related field preferred and 3+ years of creative agency or in-house creative department experience.
  • Strong sense of initiative and willingness to take ownership of projects.

The expected starting hourly rate for this role is $24.00. The actual base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and other factors permitted by law. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
