As an integral part of our 100% remote sales team, you will be the driving force behind Solveres' success, and we reward our top-performing professionals with competitive and generous commissions. We are expanding our team of skilled sales experts to grow our Business-to-Business (B2B) accounts and residuals.
You may choose one of two roles to join the team.As a Solutions Representative, you will obtain a dashboard to start immediately with your dedicated link to access the full suite of solutions in the Small Business Marketplace.As a PRO Representative, you unlock access to YOUR COMPANY to have the software tools of the Technology Bundle to use in YOUR business with a dedicated CRM (automate), NowSite & MEETN access, plus you will receive 100 Targeted Leads/month.Your role will involve identifying potential clients to use our proven lead generation system, as well as generating new business opportunities for our range of software products. You can earn generous commissions and lifetime residuals for many of the products we offer.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our software bundles to prospective clients.
- Drive your referrals to the weekly executive orientation meeting to learn more and get instant credit.
- Become proficient to learn GoHighLevel and NowSite, our cutting-edge sales and lead generation tools, to efficiently manage all sales activities. (experience on these platforms is a bonus, but not required)
- Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, setting new benchmarks for success.
- Develop a comprehensive list of potential client businesses and orchestrate the entire sales cycle, showcasing your ability to generate your own leads for bonus points.

- In your first year, you may expect to earn an average of $70,000 (following the path to success) to $130,000+ with uncapped commissions, rewarding your exceptional performance. (No base salary is included, commissions only)

Requirements:
- Applications are open to U.S. citizens and individuals with a Green Card work permit.
- New to sales or if you already engage in the B2B industry with sales experience in a similar industry, demonstrating your willingness to learn.We will train you!
- Maintain a distraction-free home office environment to ensure optimal productivity.
- Skilled to make a phone call or to approach various stakeholders, including Presidents, business owners, C-level executives, and decision makers the unique proposition that saves money with the Technology Bundle product.
- Demonstrated history of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals within a single organization, highlighting your results-driven nature.
- Candidates must pass a Criminal Background Check as part of the hiring process.
- Proficiency in business software solutions, business marketing, lead generation, and building executive relationships to effectively serve our accounts – we show you how!.
- Proven leadership skills showcasing your ability to inspire and guide others – we show you how!
