What You’ll Do:
Create test cases utilizing work item tracking tools for future team use. Resolve inquiries and challenges by identifying and removing blockers. Assist with training QA Engineer I and II members. Develop and execute software tests to identify problems with software that support company’s operations. Build testing/automation systems through combining a continuous stream of data with simulations and output optimal solutions to provide analytical insights. Design and develop company’s platform based on a quality assurance viewpoint. Support Sr. Software Testing and QA Engineer automation work. Investigate test failures and assist engineers in finding root causes. Write software automation tests using Webdriver 10, Jest, and custom frameworks. Conduct feasibility studies on comprehensive test plans that drive the automation strategy. Support the development team in new feature automation. Collaborate with other teams and across departments to deliver new features and products. Promote state of the art technology trends, standards, frameworks, and tooling. Manage work using Git, Agile Practices, and Cl/CD pipeline.
What We’re Looking for:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in developing software test plans and cases for testing applications, including experience with running tests on Test Driven Development (TDD) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile and Scrum methodologies; one (1) year of experience with testing HOS interactions using an electronic logging device (ELD) such as DriverTech, Platform Science, or People Net, testing macro messaging using ELD, testing the lifecycle of loads in ELD, writing SQL queries, and .NET development experience.
