Role: QA Engineer
Location: USA - Remote
Purpose Of The Position
As a part of the Product team the QA will work within the Scrum teams and be a part of their sprints. This person will be doing manual testing while helping to build the automation framework and execute regression testing. All offers are contingent upon signing a confidentiality agreement and satisfactory completion of drug screening and background check.
Essential Duties

• Other duties as assigned.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• In-person attendance and travel as requested.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities for quality management.
• Collaborative worker with a proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams to solve short- and long-term customer experience challenges.
• Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
• Regular, reliable attendance during normal business hours.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Education And Experience

• Required: 2 years’ experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Required: 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing
• Required: 4-year Degree from accredited University/College in related field.
• Required: 1+ years’ experience with Selenium Runner
• Preferred: Experience with front-end automated testing in Selenium WebDriver or an equivalent
• Preferred: Master’s Degree.
• Preferred: Experience with application life cycle management tools such as JIRA, Version1, etc.
