Who you are:

As a Software Quality Engineering Supervisor, you are our leader. In this role, you will oversee and train Software Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure that they follow Frost’s standardized framework for Frost’s quality standards. Our supervisors have a genuine care for people and consistently strive to lead with integrity, caring, and excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee program/system maintenance including patches to identify how these broad changes will affect the support required from SQA teams
• Coordinate and work with leadership, Product Owners, and other stakeholders on release plans and collisions for program/system changes
• Developing test strategy, test plan, testing schedules, deliverables planning, reviews, metrics and test status reporting.
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
• Oversee and coordinate solutions and process improvements for changes and issues that will affect multiple software applications and teams

What You’ll Need

• Expertise with one or more functional/regression testing tools
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in leading quality engineering team, providing direction, reviewing deliverables and taking ownership of the testing deliverables.
• Good knowledge on automation testing/strategies/tools
• Expertise in software testing methodologies including test planning, test execution, gap analysis, requirements traceability, and defect management
• 7+ years of Software Quality Engineering or other relevant IT industry or banking experience
• Experience coordinating the work of project teams and allocating SQA team resources across multiple projects
• Expert knowledge of the full development lifecycle

• Financial industry experience
• Project Management experience
