Production Engineering Supervisor Jobs

The Turbo Production Engineering Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and reporting productivity issues within the production areas, and keep production priorities on track in regards to project teams and customer expectations.

The Turbo Production Engineering Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and reporting productivity issues within the production area to:

• Find more efficient ways to accomplish the production team's designated tasks
• Ensure teams have a continuous workfront to maximize productivity
• Manage the workload on the work centers and ensure the backlog is timely addresses
• Support teams in finding solution
• Create/Manage shop floor schedule to meet project delivery timelines in association with other departments
• Liaise with engineering or other departments on potential technical and non -technical issues

Are you a MATCH?

• Bachelor or associates degree in engineering with 5+ years of relevant
• Problem solving skills
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge. Six Sigma Belt a plus
• Experience (i.e. production, manufacturing, quantity surveying etc ...)
• Able to clearly communicate both to the production and management teams
