Lead a Quality organization that applies its expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve quality output and continuous improvements working with Operations, Engineering, Operations AME and Sourcing. You will lead the strategic direction and initiatives that ensures compliance with customer requirements, regulatory agencies, government regulations and engineering specifications while instilling site accountability for governance of the Quality System, product acceptance and product quality.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Quality Management System experience (AS9100 preferred)
• Aerospace experience (10+ years)
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred)
• Defense & Space experience recommended
• Leadership experience (including managing people)

WE VALUE

• Significant experience in leading technical teams
• Able to focus priorities to best impact quality metrics
• MBA or post graduate degree preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal/external customers
• Six Sigma Greenbelt desired
• Experience implementing Quality Management systems
• Multisite leadership experience
• Manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
