We are seeking a talented Part-Time Social Media Strategist to join our team at our Santa Monica office. As a Social Media Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and driving brand awareness through strategic content creation, scheduling, and engagement across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions to build a strong online community.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and cohesive online presence.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, features, and best practices, and implement these into our strategies.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to produce high-quality visuals that resonate with the target audience.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytical tools.
• Proven experience in social media management and strategy, preferably in a similar role.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing a content calendar and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content that aligns with the brand's tone and message.
• Native-level proficiency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in our Santa Monica office for approximately 2 hours per day, five days a week.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
• A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
