Social Media Brand Coordinator

The Social Media Brand Coordinator will create and maintain an online brand presence across a variety of platforms including social media channels, emails and SMS. They will support the Brand Manager in the execution of marketing and media plans for OGX experiences with a heavy emphasis on social media marketing, email campaigns, as well as influencer and community management.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Management of presentation decks to support timely and accurate approvals of campaigns
• Support optimization and best practices of marketing activities
• Develop, implement and manage social media strategies across multiple brands in our portfolio, including building posts from templates, copywriting, asset coordination, and scheduling
• Collaborate with internal team members and external vendors in support of ad plans
• Work closely with external vendors and on-site operations teams to ensure successful promotional events and other marketing stunts in-market
• Provide overall support for the Brand Manager as needed
• Create and manage all social media, email and SMS marketing calendars and ensure alignment with overall ad campaigns; oversee execution of said campaigns
• Facilitate and engage in online conversations with customers٫ including responding to queries or questions from clients.
• Ideate and execute direct email and SMS campaigns, including building messages from templates, copywriting, asset coordination, and scheduling
• Preparing and submitting payment requests
• Research and reporting projects

What we’re looking for:

• Someone with strong analytical skills who can take raw data and translate into action
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing; preferably in the entertainment industry
• Experience in a revenue driving capacity, specifically converting leads to ticket sales
• Interest in entertainment and pop culture across film, television, and gaming
• Experience with Mail Chimp preferred
• Experience in CRM/email marketing
• Experience ideating and producing marketing events preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Google and other social media best practices
• Experience using social media for brand awareness and impressions leading to sales
• A strong communicator who is able to work across teams
