Sob - Bar Back

Wet Willies staff must complete daily duties required of them set forth by the general management of the location. Some requirements of the Bar Back position include the following:

• Complete sidework at the beginning & end of each shift as directed by the Bar staff
• Maintain full stock of all Bar products as directed by the Bar staff
• Maintain clean service and dining area(s) of the bar at all times
• Provide excellent customer service
• Greet guests in a timely manner with a positve attitude

Requirements
All Wet Willies staff must meet these minimal job requirements:

• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous bar or related experience
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
