Summary
Responsible for preparing food in accordance with club recipes and standards.
HOURS/DAYS
Hours and days fluctuate according to the wants and needs of the members and guests.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Washes/scrub pots and pans.
• Collects trash from kitchen areas; empties barrels, wash and re-lines with new bag.
• Performs other tasks as assigned. NONESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. • Unloads and cleans dishwashing machine.
• Washes and cleans receiving area and trash areas.
• Washes all dishes in dishwashing machine or by hand.
• Cleans all glassware.
• Assists cook with food preparation.
• Polish all silverware, platters and chafing dishes.
• Sweeps and mops floor.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Must have the ability to read, write and reason at the 5th grade level.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to taste or smell.
