The Opportunity with McKinstry
We are adding a Smart Buildings Business Development Manager to lead our growing Master Systems Integration team within our Technical Services Division.
Occupied buildings come with the challenge of operating various control systems, utilizing different contractors and battling through the noisy market to plan when to refresh aging technology. McKinstry tackles this challenge with certainty using our Master Systems Integration (MSI) approach to ensure building systems data flows seamlessly. We overlay existing systems and platforms to help reduce the cost and complexity of future upgrades.
As our Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Drive project delivery excellence.
- Own financial performance.
- Ensure client satisfaction with MSI delivery.
- Hire, coach and performance manage team members consistent with McKinstry values.
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry
- 15-18 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in project management/people leadership/business acumen.
- Proficient in Communication/Teaming/Internal and External Interactions.
- Technical Degree (desired), Engineering Degree (desired) or equivalent work experience.

The pay range for this position is $133,950 - $206,340 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
