Job Description

A major construction contractor in the Northeast, who is among the nation’s ENR Top 400 Contractors, is seeking a Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO). The following position requires him/her to be on site to perform safety and occupational health management. Requirements also include the SSHO to have at least one of the following certifications: Associate Safety Professional (ASP), Certified Safety Trained Supervisor (STS), or Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST). A minimum of 5 years of safety work and on-site experience, as well as a 30-hour safety class is required.
