Job Description

Job Title-Quality Assurance Specialist

Location-LIC - Travel Required,New York


:


Summary of Position


In support of mandatory roof inspections. Quality Assurance Specialists at the appropriate level and experience to conduct roof inspections throughout the year on a normal schedule plus additional inspections as determined by significant weather events.

Description of Work


Inspect each roof under warranty at least semiannually; and (2) coordinate with Property Management Staff to remove any debris from the roof, clean the drains, and, as needed, repair flashing and brickwork, replace caulking, patch seams, and perform any other maintenance work needed to prevent leaks and address conditions that could jeopardize the roof's integrity.
