Location: Makawao , Hawaii Job Corps Center
Work schedule: Full Time

Essential Functions:
- Develop and implement procedures, systems and curricula for the Maui site.
- Maintain effective communications with the center director ensuring that all important and necessary information is communicated on a timely basis.
- Ensure proper and timely submissions of all necessary documentation and information to the main site.
- Provide control of site reports, policies, procedures, torts and other claims, staff travel, disclosures of information emergency use of personnel equipment and facilities.
- Review and audit all assigned areas regularly contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports. Ensure the site has an effective self-assessment system.
- Maintain accountability of staff, students and property; adhere to safety practices.
- Provide positive, quality customer services to students, staff and other center customers.
- Provide Staff Training, evaluate staff performance, and implement staff changes as approved by the center director and coordinated with the manager human resources prior to implementation.
- Develop and implement new and revised policies and procedures affecting the Maui site; coordinate with Maui and Waimanalo staff to ensure compliance with overall center objective.
- Establish site plans, programs goals and objective to ensure achievement through management controls.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in education, behavioral science, or related field and six years experience in program management and direction. Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.
