Job Description

KIT Custom HomeBuilders is now hiring siders with any level of experience at our Production Plant in Caldwell, Idaho. These are full-time positions scheduled to work Monday-Friday from 7:00 – 5:00 p.m. Hourly wage starts from $21.00 per hour (plus overtime), dependent on experience.

A $1,000 signing bonus is paid at 90-days.

Requirements::

  • Must have previous experience with lap, vertical, or vinyl sidings. Experience with exterior trim is also desired. Please list this experience on your application.
  • Regular attendance is a critical part of all positions at KIT. Must be available to consistently work the required business hours without tardiness, interruption, or early departure. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., as well as any required Saturday or later evening overtime.
