Showroom Manager Jobs

Two’s Company is looking for a professional, well organized, people-person to be our showroom manager.The Showroom Manager will proactively manage the customer experience at the Two’s Company showroom in addition to providing support on other projects. The showroom manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the showroom facility and of our walk-in guests with the objective of turning the showroom visit into a sale. The ideal candidate must have a resourceful personality, be self-motivated, impeccable communication skills and willing to work independently to achieve company objectives. Fast learners with an entrepreneurial spirit and aptitude for managing projects are encouraged to apply.

What you must do to succeed:

• Multitask and meet established objectives and deadlines.
• Develop ideas and execute strategies to drive traffic to the showroom with the intent of growing our customer base.
• Assist the sales, operations and marketing team members as needed. This may include marketing focused phone calls to our retailers and other national projects.
• Offer an exceptional customer experience to every customer throughout all interactions with the showroom.
• Open, maintain and manage showroom facilities and appearance to include overseeing maintenance and merchandising daily.
• Be a brand advocate and acquire a high degree of knowledge about the company and the products.
• Assist in showroom merchandising for Markets. Orchestrate showroom setup and tear downs.
• Hire and manage contractors and temporary staff for showroom setup and market hospitality.

The Candidate:

• Ability to work flexible and extended hours during market setup and during markets.
• Ability to work with team members from all company departments.
• Engaging and welcoming personality, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor.
• 3+ years of gift and home industry sales or showroom experience.
• Ability to quickly and thoroughly learn product information.
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for all assigned tasks and fulfill them quickly and accurately.
• Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook, etc.
• Visual merchandising experience is a plus!
• Must be a self-starter with strong solution-oriented thought process.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds, pack and unpack product samples.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead a team during high energy situations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, follow through and the ability to drive results.
