Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Permanent Shipping Coordinator to join our Sales team. As a Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with our Operations team to ensure that inventory levels are maintained
• Work closely with our customers to resolve any shipping or order-related issues
• Process all customer orders and ensure that they are shipped on time
• Manage all purchase orders and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date
• Continuously look for ways to improve our shipping processes and procedures
• Track all shipments and provide regular updates to our Sales team
• Ensure that all shipments are compliant with local and international regulations
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and orders

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and requirements
• Experience with inventory management and purchase orders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other shipping software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• 2+ years of experience in a shipping or logistics role
