The Opportunity:

The Operations & Analytics Associate provides administrative support for ACA’s Managed Services division. The individual in this role is responsible for assisting with workflow management, tracking of client deliverables, and project scheduling.


What you’ll do:

  • Assist with workflow management, workflow tracking, and project assignments.
  • Perform ad-hoc work/special projects as necessary to support ACA on various client and internal initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other documents as assigned and statistics for the sales team.
  • Gather company internal metrics and present using excel to various internal clients.
  • With oversight, correspond with clients via email and telephone.
  • Participate in drafting policies, procedures, and standards as they relate to project workflow.
  • Provide operational support as assigned to facilitate team workflow.

To qualify for the role you must have:

  • Experience performing administrative duties
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Have a basic understanding and experience with excel

Ideally, you will also have:

  • 1 year of administrative support experience directly involving scheduling or project management
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
