Service Scheduler - Powersports

RideNow Powersports Daytona is looking for a Service Scheduler to assign work and manage the schedule of our factory trained technicians, who perform maintenance and repairs on motorcycles, ATV’s, UTV’S, and watercraft equipment.

Responsibilities

• Make purchase orders for supplies
• Invoice customers and help track billing information
• Schedule service appointments as workflow heightens
• Administrative duties as assigned
• Assign and schedule work duties to Service Technicians according to individual skill level and specialty
• Plan and schedule the work and duties of Service Technicians, assigning work, and following up on completion of assignments

Requirements

• Experience working in a service department, in a scheduling role preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook for vendor management
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Excellent listening, customer service, and phone skills
• MUST have powersports dealership experience
