Service Advisor - Powersports

RideNow Powersports Daytona Beach , a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking an outgoing and personable customer service Rockstar to act as the liaison between our customers and technicians in the Service Department at our dealership in Gainseville, FL. If you are a positive, upbeat, and interactive Service Advisor with a passion for powersports, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Communicate any changes in timeline, repairs, or cost to the customer.
• Review repair orders in progress to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance and recall work.
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and cost.
• Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer.
• Offer additional services and products, including special promotions.
• Greet customers, inspect their powersports vehicles, and answer questions.
• Notify the Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known, so the customer can be immediately notified.
• Document problems with Motorcycles, ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Personal Watercraft and clearly describe them on the repair order.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Follow the status of a customer's powersports vehicle from service bay entry through the completion of work.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• 1+ years of powersports or automotive dealership experience
• Experience writing concise but detailed repair orders for vehicles - powersports or automotive, desired
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Pleasant, energetic, conscientious, and dependable personality
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred
