Client Service Assistant Jobs

A fantastic financial services company located south of Boston is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join their team. This position requires great attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism. The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and comes from a financial services background.

Prior experience working as or with financial advisors is required.

Responsibilities:

• Create reports, meeting agendas, and presentations.
• Work alongside and assist the Financial Advisor with administrative tasks.
• Assist with broker deals and other investment-related paperwork and requests.
• Liaise as the main point of contact between clients and advisors through phone calls and email communication.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience submitting investment paperwork and broker deal/trading experience is heavily preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in financial services or investment management required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with or as a financial advisor is required.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to multitask and work within a fast-paced environment.
