The Senior VP of Operations will oversee Programs, Quality and Clinical Services to achieve performance outcomes that enhance the experience and engagement of team members and those using Aspire’s services.

Aspire is in an extremely strong financial position with net assets of nearly $17M. It has developed protocols on universal design,

beauty and durability for its buildings.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Vice President for Operations will align functional areas of Programs (Community Homes, Day Programs/Academy), Quality, Clinical Services for a seamless, high-quality experience for team members and the users of Aspire’s services and their families. A significant portion of the Senior VP of Operations time will be spent on leading, coaching and mentoring the team to achieve their full potential and the goals of the organization.

The Senior VP of Operations will oversee Programs, Quality and Clinical Services to achieve performance outcomes that enhance the experience and engagement of team members and those using Aspire’s services.

The salary range for this position annually is between $110,000 and $130,000 and will be commensurable with experience. Aspire offers a comprehensive set of benefits including health, life, disability and pet insurance; 403(b) retirement plan and generous paid time off.
