Job Description

This role must be based in Texas, Florida, Illinois, or Georgia


Reporting to the Executive Chief Operating Officer, this role will be responsible for:


  • Serving as a subject matter expert on the industry and our business, speaking at industry conferences and training the team to effectively maximize impact during in-person events
  • Talent management including hiring, coaching, and performance management
  • Sales forecasting
  • Negotiating and guiding the enterprise team on deal structures that maximize impact of the organization
  • Driving standards and processes that enable a world-class sales organization
  • Owning all sales-related training, documentation, and ensuring training is maintained, updated, and delivered in a manner that that is driving ongoing learning and development
  • Driving the customer experience based on brand standards
  • Liaising with marketing and lead flow management
  • Managing SMB and enterprise revenue teams
  • Hitting quarterly and annual revenue and contribution margin targets across small to medium-sized businesses (SMB) and enterprises, owning all sales-related KPIs


The ideal candidate will have:


  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills
  • 5+ years experience in healthcare; ideally 2+ years in the ambulatory, assisted living, or homecare market space
  • Tech savvy and very analytical; ability to dive into reports, Hubspot, and analyze trends and data
  • Strong verbal and written communicator with outstanding project management skills and impeccable business judgment.
  • Past speaking experience preferred
  • Must have proven track record of increasing revenue while leading and mentoring a small team of salespeople
  • Experience in a high growth/entrepreneurial organization is preferred
  • We’re looking for someone that can help us build a brand people love, but that also understands that that doesn’t mean always giving the customer everything they ask for. We operate in a very tough field – our customers struggle with recruiting and retaining front-line healthcare professionals
  • 10+ years as a sales leader including both SMB and Enterprise
