Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Manager
Location: Aurora, CO
Salary: $140,000-$165,000
Description:
Our client is a Global Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Company what works with leading energy, infrastructure, life sciences, advanced tech, mining and metals industries throughout the world. They also have a strong hand in government agencies.
The Senior Supply Chain Manger plays a key role in negotiation strategy, decision-making authority, time utilizations, and direct report responsibilities. This role is FAR, statute, contract terms and conditions compliant. This focusses on leadership in the supply chain functional area and focusses on application of experience based knowledge as well as expertise decision making in regards to the organization, employees, clients, budgets, policies, procedures, work practices, and compliance programs.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, identify, and forecast situations and problems and evaluate realistic options for course of action
- Leading procurement and subcontracting activities, formulating contracting strategy, performing resource survey and contract risk assessment
- Managing 9-13 direct reports across 3 different locations
- Review and approve commercial award recommendations, review contracts task force activities
- Maintaining compliance with all policies, procedures, and global standards
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership managing direct report experience
- Accredited four-year degree (or global equivalent) and twelve years of work-related experience, or sixteen years of work-related experience if no degree acquired
- Strong communication, leadership, and management skills
- MUST have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- Subcontracts and managing direct reports experience
- CPSR compliant environment experience
- Strong FAR/DFAR expereince
- Previous Supply Chain and Contracts Management in the Government sector experience
