The Opportunity
Canopy Growth is ready to onboard an experienced and savvy Supply Chain Sr Manager to help lead our business. Are you the perfect person for the job? If you lead with an entrepreneurial mindset (this is key!) and bring rapid solutions and sound business process to a fast-paced environment, we want to talk to you. You will be the operational lead, reporting to the head of the US CBD business focused on growth and process development to build the world class Martha Stewart CBD Brand. You will bring your in-depth experience and roll up the sleeves, ownership mentality to deliver the business needs every day.
Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management
  • Lead all facets of the US CBD Supply Chain and Operations inclusive of Inventory Management, Forecasting, Logistics, Order Management, Procurement, Commercialization and Quality Assurance.
  • Work cross functionally to remove barriers that achieve fill rate metrics and ongoing customer requests.
  • Evaluate and execute new Supply Chain strategies as defined by the business needs.
  • Operate as a vital member of the US CBD leadership team in building the future of the organization.
  • Manage relationship with our US CMOs and 3PL Distribution Partners.
  • Report on the operational performance of the business.
Logistics
  • Coordinate and manage all required inbound and outbound transportation.
  • Ensure seamless B2C daily operations with our 3PL partner and manage B2B transactions from PO to delivery.
  • Identify and implement cross functional process improvements to streamline transactional and business operations.
Inventory Management
  • Manage sku rationalization analysis and recommendations.
  • Mitigate all at risk and out of stock skus with urgency.
  • Ensure that inventory purchases align to forecast and near-term customer demand.
  • Regularly review and manage sku level inventory segmentation policy.
  • Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory management venues are optimizing the in-stock position.
Planning & Project Management
  • Work closely with Product Team, be the Supply Chain lead for innovation from approval to first production.
  • Project manage Value-Added Service and promotional programs with 3PLs and repackers.
  • Work closely with Commercial Team to establish a forecasting and replenishing cadence for retail and DTC channels.
Quality Assurance
  • Ensure 3PL and CMO partners are operating within the quality standard guidelines.
  • Experience
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.
  • Experience with CPG, retail, E-Comm companies is a must.
  • Big picture thinking with a proven ability to lead and influence cross functionally with peers and leadership.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Liaise with appropriate support resources as required.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • 6 - 10 years multifunctional experience across Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations Management.
  • Ensure products received from Manufacturing partners are in spec, quality released and ready to ship.
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • University degree with a preference for Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or equivalent experience.
Experience

Other Details
This is a full-time remote position based out of Colorado and may require some travel, up to 15% of your time.

Pay range: $96,000- $117,000 USD per year, with bonus potential; commensurate with experience, specific to Colorado.
