Job Description

Role: Supply Chain Manager

Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt

Compensation: $85,000- $105,000

Location: Boulder, CO

Reports To: VP of Finance & Planning

Job Overview: This position has primary responsibility for the coordination of co-man production and Skratch inventory management. The manager continuously monitors projected inventory levels and sales projections and adjusts production & procurement plans as necessary to minimize out-of-stock conditions and obsolete inventory. The role owns the forecasting process, and manages rulesets for when to place production orders. This person plays a lead coordinating role in potential MRP and demand planning automated implementations. In addition, this position manages relationships with product & raw material vendors, has primary responsibility for any product certifications, and supervises one person.

About You: I am a person that enjoys a variety of tasks and has great time management skills. I have strong communication skills and I am able to have tough conversations when needed. I enjoy problem solving, analytics and take pride in my accuracy. I have the ability to work autonomously, with little direction, but also enjoy collaborating with a variety of people to achieve our goals.

About Us: Skratch Labs is an outdoor company on the cutting edge of athlete nutrition, founded by two pro cycling veterans who started mixing performance drinks in paint buckets at McGuckin Hardware over 11 years ago. Since then, we’ve built an amazing following of impassioned athletes in the US and Europe and we’re growing fast. We believe food and drink is just better when made from scratch and we also believe that no matter where we find ourselves in life, it’s never too late to start from scratch. We use our heads and our hearts in everything we do. Our goal is to help people be better. We work together, we are real, we perform, and we are empathetic. If you’re inspired by athletes and our story, and you think you’d thrive in an office full of dogs, bicycle posters, shenanigans, hard work, and the occasional lunchtime knock-out (basketball) game, this could be the place for you. Skratch Labs is proud to have been named to Outside Magazine's list of the Best Places to Work two years in a row.
