Senior Solution Specialist Jobs

RESPONSIBILITIES

1、Responsible for creating end-to-end solutions with large customers which are integrating the Autel EV charging platform.

2、Collaborate with teams in domestic and HQ to understand business requirements, identify gaps and opportunities, and translate these into product or technical solutions.

3、Establish partnerships with partners related to the EV charging to build comprehensive solutions for customers, e.g., EV charger manufacturers, roaming partner, utility

4、Assist sales rep to promote and implement the cloud solution in the North America market, provide regular training and technical support.

Job Requirements:

1、Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering

2、2+ years relevant experience in EV charging or SaaS software business.

3、You have experience from startups, where you worked as a solution specialist, or similar.

4、Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure, to accomplish tasks on time and with high quality results.

5、Based in California, US and willingness to travel domestically.

6、Proficient in English and Chinese, able to communicate and coordinate effectively in all aspects.

7、Other duties as needed and assigned.
