Job Summary
This position serves as an Identity, Credential, Access Management (ICAM) Analyst supporting security functions associated with the administration of identity and access management across the enterprise. This position services as level 2 support to handle user queries and issues, communicate with users, and resolve tickets. Additionally, collaborates across all Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) divisions and Executive Branch stakeholders to document, analyze, review, and recommend processes related to access, authentication, and authorization requirements to ensure compliance with IAM policy and standards. The incumbent will research, draft and circulate updates, modifications and new standards and guidelines to support ICAM and provide a standard platform to issue and manage digital identities across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Identify organizational areas that require guidance from the ICAM program and work to provide support and guidance to ensure alignment with ICAM program policy, standards, and philosophies. Facilitate continuous process improvement structure to provide an agile and nimble approach to IAM to keep up with the fast-paced changes within information technology.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to Enterprise Service Desk tickets regarding privilege access and other ICAM related questions
- Draft standards, procedures and guidelines as related to ICAM needs
- Support ICAM engineers with analysis and documentation
- This position is currently eligible for full-time telework:
- Candidates located in Minnesota, or a bordering state, do not require additional review
- Telework for Minnesota IT Services allows an employee to perform work from a remote telework location and an employee may be required to be in the office based on business needs and other dependencies
- Candidates residing outside of Minnesota and bordering states (Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Wisconsin) require additional review prior to telework approval upon becoming a finalist

Candidates must clearly demonstrate all of the following qualifications in their resume:
This position requires a minimum of two (2) years of professional IT experience that includes:
- Triaging user queries and issues, working with customers to resolve tickets
- Knowledge of and experience with provisioning and deprovisioning access
- Working with a service desk ticketing process
- Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings to capture current and future processes
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field substitutes for two years of experience, OR a related Associate’s substitutes for one year.
