Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a high level of working knowledge of IS methodologies and processes (i.e., Project Life Cycle, System Development Life Cycle, and IS Change Management process)
• Develop technical requirements and specifications for customers and the technical delivery team
• Act as the liaison between the business experts and the project team members.
• Successfully justify recommendations and results with estimated/actual cost.
• Responsible for the documentation of User Stories, including Acceptance Criteria, Assumptions & Constraints, Size, Priority, and recommended solution.
• Facilitate business process review workshops and perform a detailed analysis of client business requirements.
• Manage technical teams for Force.com development and integrations to other business applications
• Translate customer requirements into Salesforce design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development
• Configure Salesforce systems using declarative functionality and framework
• Communicate requirements with minimal direction and guidance.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar tracking and management tools.
• 3 Years of working in & around the Quote to Cash process, including CPQ, Contract Management, and Billing
• Create high-level models and user prototype interfaces to identify and validate business processes and solutions.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Detailed oriented.
• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in administration and configurations.
• Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of Salesforce CPQ
• Document and update requirements; prepare and distribute RFPs and evaluate responses.
• Ability to organize, specify, and model requirements to ensure they are complete and support global needs.

Certifications Preferred

• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, required
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator, required
• Advanced Salesforce Certifications, preferred
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, required
• Salesforce CPQ certification is highly desirable.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder, required
• Agile Certifications, preferred
• Salesforce Administrator, required
