Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience in field service operations and be proficient in Salesforce, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth and optimize field service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Identify trends and patterns in field service data and provide recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and increase operational efficiency.
- Participate in developing and implementing new field service initiatives and projects.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to provide real-time visibility into field service operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to optimize field service operations.
- Analyze field service data and develop insights and recommendations to drive business growth and optimize field service operations.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of field service management software and tools is a plus.
- 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience in handling Salesforce Projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- "Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant" certificate is a bonus to have.
- Experience with Field Service Lightning is strongly preferred.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
